No, a replacement motorcycle is not included in the Standard Rental. We will do our best to assist you in case of breakdown, but the service is not guaranteed. If you want full coverage, we recommend the Assisted Rental.
In case of breakdown — whether due to technical issues or customer‑related causes — you must contact roadside assistance, which is already included, for vehicle recovery. From the moment the bike is collected, the customer is no longer responsible for the motorcycle.
Yes, if the breakdown is not caused by the customer, we will try to provide a replacement motorcycle if available. If not, unused rental days will be refunded.
Yes, you can return the motorcycle to a location outside Rome, with an additional fee that will be calculated and shown in the quote.
